I am writing to you to compliment you on the extremely high quality of service you have provided me with.
I have been ordering items (mostly covers) from your site for over 3 months and I am very pleased with the high standard of cover I have received and the efficiency of the their delivery.
The covers are very well packaged to avoid damage in transit .... something which others would benefit from copying.
I feel I must also compliment on the layout of your website, which is easy to understand and navigate. The close up scans of the covers and other stock make choosing the covers you want very easy and it is good to see a site where stock which isn't totally up to scratch is labelled as such, with any defects listed.
Another important aspect of `Bagstogo' are the prices which I feel are realistic and extremely good value.
I have recommended your site to a friend who is also very pleased with what he has purchased.
